Copper Pipe Brazed Pneumatic System

This copper pipe pneumatic system was designed and installed in a professional setting to supply compressed air to machines and a dedicated test cell. The project demanded layout planning and material selection to meet the pressure and flow requirements of the equipment.

I designed the full pipe routing, navigating spatial constraints to ensure an efficient and serviceable layout throughout the facility. All joints were torch brazed by hand, requiring precision to achieve leak-free connections under sustained pressure across the entire system.

The system was fully installed and is operational, delivering a consistent compressed air supply.
